Emily Cohen, Principal Consultant
Emily blends strategy, communications, marketing and management expertise with analytical strength, digital know-how, leadership and skills development and a drive to results. She brings a unique cross-category perspective, best practices from companies large and small, and an ability to work in partnership across functions for optimal results.
Emily approaches projects with a general management, P&L driven perspective, analyzing investment and results through a business lens. Plans are built to drive business goals, and break down into execution and tactics driven to OKRs and KPIs. Her unique experience marrying Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Business Development, Brand Management, Product Marketing, Operations and Sales drives an integrated approach and allows for partnership and collaboration across functions, while her accomplishments and skills add to her credibility in the C-suite and with Boards.
Emily’s work experience includes both large, international companies and small start-ups, including Bain & Company, LVMH, Revlon, Stylinity, The Assemblage, Tivo, and more. She is a writer and editor whose work has appeared in Countlan, Harvard Business Review, and corporate blogs and newsletters. Emily is also a mentor for the Transformative Technology Academy, a no-equity accelerator focused on technologies that help emotional well-being, mental health and general human thriving.
